Good evening dear friends and colleagues, and welcome to another Professional Voice Society Thursday webinar.
Today, we are honored to host a distinguished guest and a longtime friend of mine, Professor Seven Kion. He is a professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Seoul National University Hospital and serves as the head of the Pediatric Otolaryngology division. He is actively involved in both basic and clinical research, with a particular focus on translating discoveries from bench to bedside.
I am very proud of his achievements. He has received several prestigious awards, including the Castleberry Award from the American Laryngological Association in 2018, as well as the Broyles Maloney Award twice (2016 and 2019) for his work on tracheal regeneration. In addition, he has numerous national awards, publications, and citations, and is known as a highly dedicated and hardworking colleague.
It is a great pleasure to have him with us today. I would also like to point out that it is currently 1:00 AM in Seoul, so we truly appreciate him taking the time to join us.
Thank you very much for being here. The stage is yours.
Thank you very much for the kind introduction. It is my pleasure to present my work here today.
